In order to make her much sought after picture frames, the tooth fairy goes around the world encouraging it's inhabitants to partake in a spot of cosmetic dental surgery, posing as a dental nurse she harvests the teeth of many while they are oblivious. The now "toothless Joe" is her latest victim. She is a heartless soul.
